Morning old 3 mi loop to beach in back, 20:30
Gym after lunch
.5 mi at 10-15% grade warm-up
5 sets
20 push-ups
10 lat pull down increasing
10 bench increasing
20 abs on ballance ball
10 star jumps
free weights upper, gluts, hamstrings
4 mi night run
